The Nutrition Society Irish Section are delighted to be hosting the 27th Irish Section Postgraduate Conference in Belfast. This interactive and diverse conference has been designed specifically to provide postgraduates a platform to share current research with peers and colleagues, receive feedback, attend career sessions and build their professional network.
The developmental and supportive focus of the conference will provide a unique platform for delegates to increase their knowledge across a range of disciplines and areas of nutrition research. The conference programme will include sessions by guest speakers to encourage networking, career development and to help students learn and develop essential professional skills that will support them both in the success of their own research and in readiness for the world of work. The programme will be complimented by social functions.
Opportunity to present your work
An oral communication session is a session allocated to provide attendees the opportunity to practice presenting their work in front of like minded individuals. The number of Oral Communication submissions has increased year on year at the Postgraduate Conference, and the organisers want to facilitate as many students as possible in presenting their work.
The submission deadline is midnight on 18 January. Submit your abstract.
All authors will be informed via email by beginning of February if they are accepted to present at the conference or not.
