Advertise a vacancy with the Nutrition Society
Why advertise your job vacancy on the Nutrition Society's website?
Many visit the Society website on a regular basis to keep themselves up-to-date with news, conferences and key information about nutrition research. The jobs & opportunities page alone averages 8,500 hits per month.
How to submit your job advert
Complete the application form found at the bottom of this page and return to the membership team. You will be asked to supply the following:
- any hyperlinks to online application forms, organisations website or further information for the applicant,
- a closing date for applications,
- where applicable, a contact should further information be required.
In addition, please send your job adverts as a word document.
Job/internship adverts have no word limit. The advert will be displayed for two months or until the closing date of the advert, whichever is sooner. The Society will also tweet about any new jobs to the site (@Nutritionsoc).
The below costs will be charged for placing an advert:
- Not for profit organisations - £150 + VAT
- Commercial organisations - £230 + VAT
- All internship adverts - £50 + VAT
Agencies advertising for not for profit organisations will be charged the commercial organisation rate. No agency commission paid.
You will be invoiced for payment and you may either pay via BACS transfer (payment details are on the verse of the application form), credit card (except AMEX), or cheque. All cheques need to be payable to The Nutrition Society Enterprises Ltd. Please write your company name and the job role name on the reverse and send to: Membership team, The Nutrition Society, 10 Cambridge Court, 210 Shepherds Bush Road, London, W6 7NJ.
Please note: adverts will not be placed on the website until payment has been received.
No Agency Commission. The Nutrition Society cannot be held responsible for advertisers who provide incorrect copy. The Society reserves the right to refuse to advertise job vacancies if it is unsuitable and/or not relevant to nutritional science.
